It is our belief here at the Winter Doll Show that each of our exhibitors should feel that this is their time to shine and showcase their amazing work.

Every effort will be taken to ensure that this happens.

Winter Doll Show staff will be on hand to help in the run-up to the event and also during the show.

Price List For Exhibitors.

A single table at the floor show is $250 for an 8ft table.

Corner tables will consist of a single table and an 8ftx and 6ft table, this is for $400.

A booth will be comprised of three of these tables placed in a U shape and this is $550.

A limited number of each is available and will be taken on a first-come-first-served basis.

Set up for all tables is Friday February 18.00pm – 22.00pm.

Break down is once show finishes at 16.00 pm on Sunday February.

Exhibitors are able to book two single tables and place them together.

Subletting your space is not allowed.

Wi-fi is available for an additional cost of $25.00 per device.
