What happens if the show is cancelled?
If the show is cancelled then all attendees will receive full refunds for the baby shower, awards banquet, main show entrance and early-bird entry.

What about classes?
Classes are organised by the teacher, Winter Doll Show Ltd only facilitates the classroom hire, the actual classes are organised and managed by the teachers and each one will have their own refund policy.

Times for admission of the floor show vary depending on which admission you choose.
General admission is 10.00 am both days.
Eager beaver admission is 09.00 on Saturday 6th.
VIP Guests admission is 09.00 on Saturday 6th.
